Our Team's Story

ByteTech Solutions was built from the ground up by Mr. Benjamin Kyei, who founded the company in 2024 after over a year in the pre-engineered Building Software Industry. During that time he worked in all parts of the business and saw a number of practices and upselling tactics that irked him. Things needed to be done differently. So that’s what he did. Benjamin and his small team set out to provide a process built on complete transparency at every stage, especially pre-planning. He wanted to provide a complete and thorough service that ensured no surprises for the client – a way of working that meant understanding the project right from the start. To understand not just what was being built – but why. Mr. Benjamin's vision is to bring a high level of integrity, technical skill, creative planning and problem-solving expertise to every project. To understand a client’s business objectives, both current and long-term at the earliest stages, so any challenges or changes can be considered in advance. Then as the project proceeds, to keep the client informed at all times, keeping the lines of communication open, accessible and responsive. The goal is to exceed expectations. And it’s working.Over the course of 1 year, Mr. Benjamin has grown its team to 10 highly committed in-house Software professionals and approximately 20 field personnel who equally embrace Our client-centric philosophy.
